:: Payment Options

There are several different payment options available to you.

VISA and MC. For those of you that do not have Paypal accounts and/or prefer to pay directly via credit card, you now can! On the checkout page, simply enter your credit card info directly. This option MUST be used if you are signing up for the monthly class planner subscription. Paying by this method will also ensure that you receive your download links immediately

PayPal Account. This is a safe and secure way of paying without having to expose your credit card or bank account information.  Through your PayPal account you have many payment options - bank transfer, e-check, Visa, MC, AMEX & Discover. 

If you use your credit card you will receive your download links immediately.

When you pay by bank transfer it will take at least 4-7 business days for you to receive your download links. Although Paypal deducts the money from your account immediately, it takes at least 4-7 business days to clear, when it is then deposited into my Paypal Account.

Money Order.  You can send a money order to the following address:  Andrea Walford, 43 Bird Crt., Cambridge, ON, N1T 1V6, Canada.  If you live outside of Canada, please ensure that it is an international money order in Canadian funds. Please ensure you include a note with the stamp class by email you are interested in and the email address to which to send the info. Once I receive the money order I will email you your links.

Electronic Bank Transfer. If you live in Canada and you bank online, most major banking institutions have an option where you can email money. When you send money via email you will be asked to set up a security question.  Once you have done so, simply email the stamp class by email fee to andrea@sunnystampin.com  and then email me to let me know the security question and answer. As soon as I receive your payment I will email you the class planner information.

*NEW* Flat Rate Shipping

I'm really excited to announce that are now offering a flat rate shipping solution to our North American (Canada and the US) customers.  This offer does not apply to customers outside of Canada and the US.

All orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.95 CAN REGARDLESS of order value.  That means that whether you buy 1 item or 10 items, your shipping won't change.

Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel.

The Flat rate shipping fee only applies to products shipped at the SAME time.  So for example, if you purchase in-stock items on the same order as a pre-order then all items will be shipped when the pre-order ships. If you want products shipped at two separate times then they will need to be placed as two separate orders.

For US orders, brokerage fees will be covered on all orders valued at less than $200 CAN.  This does not however include applicable taxes that your State may require you to pay.

Unfortunately, at this time, this offer only applies the US and Canada.

**Because of the way we had to set up the shopping cart to calculate shipping we may need to adjust shipping costs to countries outside of Canada and the US.

 

Shipping Options

Please note that not every shipping option is available to each country.

UPS (for the US only)
Through UPS, we are now able to offer our US customers a much quicker and more reliable method of shipping. Each order has it's own tracking number and typically arrives at it's destination within about 7 days. Unfortunately we are not able to offer this shipping method to our Canadian customers as it is significantly more expensive to ship via UPS within Canada.

 

Expedited Parcels (Canada Post)
This method of shipping offers insurance AND a tracking number.  Parcels typically take between 1-2 weeks to arrive at their destination, on rare occasions up to 3 weeks or even 4 weeks.  If at 4 weeks your parcel has not arrived we will either offer you a refund or send out a replacement. Please note that at this point in time this is the only shipping method we are using for orders within Canada. We have had significant issues with parcels being sent via lettermain getting lost or delayed, and then being expected to replace them at our cost as lettermail is not insured or trackable.

 

Small Parcel Air (for countries outside of US and Canada)
This method of shipping does include insurance however it does NOT have a tracking number.  Although we have been told that the average parcel takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive at it's destination - there are no guarantees.  In some cases, particularly in the holiday season, parcels have taken up to 3 weeks to arrive. In addition, as with snail mail in most countries, there is the risk that parcels can get lost. While a parcel sent this way is insured, Canada Post does not consider a parcel lost until 45 days have elapsed.  If after 45 days you have not received your parcel then we will gladly either offer you a refund or send out a replacement. 

 

Small Parcel Surface (for countries outside of US and Canada)

As with small parcel air, this method of shipping does include insurance however it does NOT have a tracking number.  It is a less expensive option than small parcel air, however it also takes longer. Although we have been told that the average parcel sent this way takes between 2 -4 weeks to arrive at it's destination - there are no guarantees.  In some cases, particularly in the holiday season, parcels have taken up to 6 weeks to arrive. In addition, as with snail mail in most countries, there is the risk that parcels can get lost. While a parcel sent this way is insured, Canada Post does not consider a parcel lost until 45 days have elapsed.  If after 75 days you have not received your parcel then we will gladly either offer you a refund or send out a replacement. 

 

Shipping Offers

Please note that any shipping offers such as free shipping or flat rate shipping ONLY apply to US & Canada.  Other countries may be required to pay an additional shipping fee.

 

Shipping Policies

Please be sure to carefully read through all the shipping methods.  When you choose a particular method of shipping you are agreeing to abide by the above stated terms. If at any time you wish to upgrade your method of shipping, you may do so provided the item has not already shipped.

Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times when you choose Canada Post/USPS as your shipping option, in particular during the holiday season.  While Canada Post is generally fairly reliable there have been instances of parcels being lost or taking much longer than usual to arrive at their destination.

 

Refunds of Shipped Products

We strive to meet and exceed your customer service expectations.  If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will gladly refund you your money according to the following conditions:

1.  If the product has not been shipped out then we will refund you your money 100% - no questions asked.

2. If the product has already shipped out, as long as you return it to us in sale-able condition we will provide you with a full refund.  Return shipping however, is your responsibility.
