There are several different payment options available to you. VISA and MC. For those of you that do not
have Paypal accounts and/or prefer to pay directly via credit card,
you now can! On the checkout page, simply enter your credit card
info directly. This option MUST be used if you are signing up for
the monthly class planner subscription. Paying by this method will
also ensure that you receive your download links immediately If you use your credit card you will receive your download links immediately. When you pay by bank transfer it will take at least 4-7 business days for you to receive your download links. Although Paypal deducts the money from your account immediately, it takes at least 4-7 business days to clear, when it is then deposited into my Paypal Account. Money Order. You can send a money order to the following address: Andrea Walford, 43 Bird Crt., Cambridge, ON, N1T 1V6, Canada. If you live outside of Canada, please ensure that it is an international money order in Canadian funds. Please ensure you include a note with the stamp class by email you are interested in and the email address to which to send the info. Once I receive the money order I will email you your links. Electronic Bank Transfer. If you live in Canada and you bank online, most major banking institutions have an option where you can email money. When you send money via email you will be asked to set up a security question. Once you have done so, simply email the stamp class by email fee to andrea@sunnystampin.com and then email me to let me know the security question and answer. As soon as I receive your payment I will email you the class planner information. |
Shipping Information & Policies *Please be sure to read through all the information contained on this page before making purchased involving shipped products - these include the Class Kits by Mail, Gifts Your Way & Memories Your Way products.
**The shipping calculator does not take into account the dimensions of your parcel, only the weight, therefore we may need to manually adjust the shipping rate. If your shipping rate needs to be adjusted, you will be contacted by email letting you know of the changes.

Expedited Parcels (Canada Post)
Small Parcel Air
(for countries outside of US and Canada)
Small Parcel Surface (for countries outside of US and Canada) As with small parcel air, this method of shipping does include insurance however it does NOT have a tracking number. It is a less expensive option than small parcel air, however it also takes longer. Although we have been told that the average parcel sent this way takes between 2 -4 weeks to arrive at it's destination - there are no guarantees. In some cases, particularly in the holiday season, parcels have taken up to 6 weeks to arrive. In addition, as with snail mail in most countries, there is the risk that parcels can get lost. While a parcel sent this way is insured, Canada Post does not consider a parcel lost until 45 days have elapsed. If after 75 days you have not received your parcel then we will gladly either offer you a refund or send out a replacement.
Shipping Policies Please be sure to carefully read through all the shipping methods. When you choose a particular method of shipping you are agreeing to abide by the above stated terms. If at any time you wish to upgrade your method of shipping, you may do so provided the item has not already shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times when you choose Canada Post/USPS as your shipping option, in particular during the holiday season. While Canada Post is generally fairly reliable there have been instances of parcels being lost or taking much longer than usual to arrive at their destination.
Refunds of Shipped Products We strive to meet and exceed your customer service expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will gladly refund you your money according to the following conditions: 1. If the product has not been shipped out then we will refund you your money 100% - no questions asked. 2. If the product has already shipped out, as long as you return it to us in sale-able condition we will provide you with a full refund. Return shipping however, is your responsibility.
